categorizing and ranking the mass collections of stuff i have found interesting on the internet. concerns are how to organize photographic and non-photographic material. the content is varied, from pdf, to jpg and essentially anything. audio, video. idea is to offer comprehensive framework for browsing as well as functionality for interactivity to some extent. a necessity would also be some sort of "chess ranking" like algorithim to keep some cohesion between objects. tags would also be ideal for end user categorization. for now, the basics.

UPDATE:
7:24 PM 1/30/2011 modified .htaccess file on webserver to give simple permission to shoddily organized directory structure. for now users can browse my content in the simplest way possible.
